On 24 May 1972, Rangers beat Dynamo Moscow 3–2 at the Camp Nou in Barcelona to lift the European Cup Winners' Cup — the club's greatest night in Europe, and the team forever remembered as the Barcelona Bears. This is your chance to own a stunning reproduction of the famous poster from that final, personally hand-signed by the two men who scored that night: Colin Stein and Willie Johnston.
Unusually for a major final, no match programme was ever printed. Instead, this striking bullfighter-style poster — the work of Spanish artist José Cros Estrems, renowned for his bullfighting illustrations — was displayed on walls across the city of Barcelona. Some Rangers fans carried them home, and one famously hangs framed to this day in the Ibrox Trophy Room.
Each poster is personally signed by Colin Stein and Willie Johnston and supplied with a certificate of authenticity. Size: 730mm x 365mm. Every autographed poster is sent by Recorded Delivery in a hard cardboard tube to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.
