Postage, Returns & Refunds

All canvases are dispatched next working day. At busier periods it can take 2-3 days to despatch.

Canvases take approx 2 working days to deliver except at busier times. If your order is urgent please contact us.

Returns must be sent within 14 days. Refunds for canvases can be given once item has been returned in the same condition it was sent. There will be no refunds for damaged canvases.

All cards are posted by Royal Mail same or next working day. At busier times of year cards can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
