Postage, Returns & Refunds

All canvases are dispatched the next working day. At busier periods, it can take 2-3 days to dispatch.

Canvases take approx 2 working days to deliver, except at busier times. If your order is urgent, please contact us.

Returns must be sent within 14 days. Refunds for canvases can be given once the item has been returned in the same condition it was sent. There will be no refunds for damaged canvases.

All cards are posted by Royal Mail the same or next working day. At busier times of year, cards can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
